Once shipped, delivery times depend on the courier.

7. Returns & Refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons:

• Opened or used wax melt products cannot be returned.

• Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• If a product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photographs.

• We will replace or refund damaged items.

• Opened pots cannot be returned.

• Unopened pots can be returned within 14 days.

• Damaged items will be replaced or refunded.

8. Limitation of Liability

We take great care in producing safe, high-quality products, but Smelly Jelly is not liable for:

• misuse of products

• allergic reactions where allergens were properly declared

• delays or issues caused by courier services

• indirect or consequential losses

Your statutory rights are not affected.

If events outside our reasonable control affect our ability to fulfil an order — such as weather, supply issues, strikes, or unforeseen emergencies — we are not liable for delays.
